BSP (Business Solution Provider)

Historically a Business Solution Provider resold WhatsApp messaging and often marked up the per-message rate. Under the Cloud API, Meta increasingly uses the term Tech Provider, and the billing relationship can run directly between you and Meta.

That distinction is worth a question when you shortlist: does this provider add a fee on top of Meta’s per-message rate, or does Meta bill you directly at Meta’s rates? The answer varies by provider and is rarely on the pricing page.
