No — there is no free plan and no ₹0 tier. Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial, no card required, one trial per workspace.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. You add a card (Stripe worldwide, or Razorpay for UPI, cards and netbanking in India) only if you choose to continue.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Annual billing saves roughly 17% versus paying monthly. You can change your billing period at any time.
How do AI credits work?
Each plan includes AI credits for running agents. You can also bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google key — then your provider bills you and nothing is metered on our side.
What counts as a contact?
A contact is a unique person in your workspace. Dynamic segments and tags do not add to the count — only distinct people do.
Do you offer annual invoicing for Enterprise?
Yes. Enterprise is custom-priced with annual invoicing, SSO/SAML, a dedicated environment and an SLA. Talk to sales to scope it.
