What is the difference between a static and a dynamic segment?
A static segment is an explicit list of contacts you chose. A dynamic segment is a saved filter — "everyone tagged trial who has not ordered in 60 days" — and its membership recalculates itself, so it is right at send time rather than right on the day someone exported it.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes, from CSV, at any time. What does not transfer on any platform is your existing chat history — the inbox fills from the next message onward.
Are opt-outs handled per contact?
Yes, and they are enforced at send time rather than trusted to whoever built the audience. A contact who opted out stays out of marketing sends even if they land in a segment.
