Run Shopify order updates and cart recovery on WhatsApp
Order emails get 20% opened. The same message on WhatsApp gets read. Install Watx on your store and every order, checkout and product change arrives in Watx on its own — no Zap, no middleware.
How this connects
Part of Watx. Connect it in settings and nothing else is required.
Shopify and Watx, together.
- One-click install: approve the Watx app on Shopify and the store is connected
- Products, inventory, orders and customers sync into Watx automatically
- Triggers for order placed, fulfilled, cancelled and refunded, and cart abandoned
- COD confirmation: ask the customer to confirm on WhatsApp before you ship
- AI agents can look up orders, search products and send a ready-made cart link
Four automations that earn their keep.
-
When
Order placed
Then
Send the order confirmation template with order number and delivery estimate.
-
When
Cash-on-delivery order
Then
Ask the customer to confirm with one tap, so fake orders never reach a courier.
-
When
Checkout abandoned
Then
Send the cart reminder after a delay you choose — a marketing template, priced accordingly.
-
When
“Where is my order?”
Then
An AI agent looks the order up and answers with the real status and tracking.
How to connect it.
About ten minutes, no code.
- 1 Open Integrations in Watx and choose Shopify.
- 2 Enter your store address and approve the Watx app on Shopify.
- 3 Watx registers the order, checkout and product webhooks for you and runs the first sync.
- 4 Turn on the order, cart and COD automations you want.
Shopify, answered.
Is there a one-click Shopify app?
Yes. You approve the Watx app on your store and Watx handles the webhooks and sync. A custom-app access token still works if your store needs it.
Which templates do I need approved first?
Order confirmation, shipped and delivered are utility. Abandoned cart is marketing, and costs roughly 7.5x more in India. All of them are in our free template library.
What happens if I uninstall?
Watx is told by Shopify, stops syncing and handles Shopify’s customer-data requests the way the platform requires.
