Run WooCommerce order updates and cart recovery on WhatsApp
Same engine as the Shopify connection, pointed at your WordPress store. Paste a read-only key and orders, products and customers start flowing into Watx without a plugin.
How this connects
Part of Watx. Connect it in settings and nothing else is required.
WooCommerce and Watx, together.
- Connect with a read-only WooCommerce REST key — Watx never gets write access
- Products, orders and customers sync into Watx automatically
- The same order, refund and abandoned-cart triggers as Shopify
- COD confirmation before you hand the parcel to a courier
- AI agents answer order and product questions from live store data
Four automations that earn their keep.
-
When
Order placed
Then
Send the confirmation with what they bought and when it will arrive.
-
When
Order fulfilled
Then
Send the shipped template and invite a reply if anything is wrong.
-
When
Order cancelled or refunded
Then
Tell them before they have to chase you.
-
When
Cart abandoned
Then
A marketing template a little later, with an opt-out route in it.
How to connect it.
About ten minutes, no code.
- 1 In WooCommerce, create a REST API key with read permission.
- 2 Open Integrations in Watx, choose WooCommerce and paste the store URL and key.
- 3 Watx runs the first sync of products, orders and customers.
- 4 Turn on the order, cart and COD automations you want.
WooCommerce, answered.
Do I need a plugin?
No. WooCommerce’s own REST API is all Watx uses.
Why read-only?
Watx only needs to see orders and products to message about them, so that is all it asks for.
