Start a Zap from anything that happens in Watx
Zapier reaches the thousands of tools we will never build a connector for. Paste a Catch Hook URL into Watx, pick the events, and each one arrives in your Zap as clean, signed JSON.
How this connects
Part of Watx. Connect it in settings and nothing else is required.
Zapier and Watx, together.
- Events: message received, message status, conversation or contact created
- Also form submitted and booking created, cancelled or rescheduled
- Every delivery is signed with a secret you can verify
- Send a test event from Watx before you build the Zap
Four automations that earn their keep.

Add them to your CRM or email list.
-
When
Form submitted
Then
Post the answers to a Slack channel or a spreadsheet.
-
When
Booking created
Then
Create a task for whoever takes the meeting.
How to connect it.
About ten minutes, no code.
- 1 In Zapier, start a Zap with “Webhooks by Zapier — Catch Hook” and copy the URL.
- 2 Open Integrations → Zapier in Watx, paste the URL and choose the events.
- 3 Send a test event so Zapier learns the fields.
- 4 Finish the Zap and switch it on.
Zapier, answered.
Can a Zap send a WhatsApp message through Watx?
Yes — call the Watx REST API from a “Webhooks by Zapier” action with a scoped API key. Watx does not have a listed Zapier action yet.
Is it only for Zapier?
No. Any tool that gives you a webhook URL works the same way, and Make is a common choice.
