Run an n8n workflow from anything that happens in Watx
For teams who would rather own their automation stack. Paste your n8n Webhook node’s production URL into Watx and every event you pick arrives as signed JSON.
How this connects
Part of Watx. Connect it in settings and nothing else is required.
n8n and Watx, together.
- The same events as the Zapier connection, delivered to your n8n instance
- Every delivery is signed with a secret your workflow can verify
- Send a test event from Watx before you activate the workflow
- Works with n8n Cloud or a self-hosted instance Watx can reach
Four automations that earn their keep.
-
When
Message received
Then
Classify it, enrich it, and write it to your own database.
-
When
Contact created
Then
Sync it into an internal system no SaaS connector will ever cover.
-
When
Booking cancelled
Then
Free the slot in your own scheduling tool.
How to connect it.
About ten minutes, no code.
- 1 In n8n, add a Webhook node and copy its production URL (not the test URL).
- 2 Open Integrations → n8n in Watx, paste the URL and choose the events.
- 3 Send a test event and check it reaches the workflow.
- 4 Activate the workflow.
n8n, answered.
Can n8n send messages through Watx?
Yes — use an HTTP Request node against the Watx REST API with a scoped API key.
My self-hosted n8n is behind a firewall
Watx has to be able to reach the URL from the internet. A local or private instance needs a tunnel or a public endpoint.
