Suppression list
A set of contacts excluded from a particular send, subtracted from the audience at send time.
Used to keep the wrong people out of the right campaign: last month’s buyers out of an acquisition offer, anyone who complained out of everything, a cohort you messaged yesterday out of today’s send.
It is subtracted when the broadcast runs rather than when the audience is built, so someone who opts out between scheduling and sending is still excluded.
