The green tick marks an Official Business Account. Meta grants it based on whether the brand is notable — press coverage, public recognition — rather than on spend, tenure or how much you message.
No provider can get it for you, and any who says otherwise is selling something that is not theirs to sell. Business verification is a separate, achievable thing that most businesses do need; the green tick is not a prerequisite for anything.
