A template carrying a one-time passcode, in its own category with its own formatting rules.

Authentication templates deliver verification codes and nothing else. Meta expects the code to be the point of the message, and many markets require a specific copy-code button format.
Adding anything promotional to an OTP will get the template rejected. It is also worth naming the amount or the action being authorised in the body, because that is what lets someone spot a fraudulent request before they type the code into somebody else’s screen.
